Liz Hill

Liz Hill has 20 years of experience in federal and state policy and political campaigns. She served as a senior policy advisor in the Oregon Legislature, U.S. House of Representatives, and the U.S. Senate.

 

During her tenure in Congress, Liz was Staff Director for the Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials Subcommittee, contributing to numerous pieces of transportation legislation and securing an unprecedented $66 billion for rail projects in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

 

Liz continues her public policy work with non-profits and serves on various boards, including Chair of the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Commission.

 

Liz graduated with a B.A. from Willamette University.

Matt Hill

Matt has worked in and with the federal government since 1999.  He served as a senior advisor to U.S. Senator Gordon Smith for ten years.  Following his federal service, Matt managed policy for Edison International's Washington, D.C. office.

 

In 2011, Matt formed Lone Rock Strategies and has since worked with clients to achieve legislative and regulatory successes.

Matt serves on the Douglas County Fair Board, Douglas County Museum Foundation and is active with Douglas County Search & Rescue.
